David J. Kutz, Ph.D., MP, is a prescribing clinical and medical psychologist specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for many psychological and medical conditions, such as anxiety (including obsessive-compulsive disorder), ADHD, depression, and chronic pain.

Education and Clinical Appointments: Dr. Kutz received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University. He has served on the clinical faculty in the Departments of Psychiatry at Cornell University Medical Center, Columbia University Medical Center, Tulane University Medical Center, and the University of New Mexico Medical Center. 

Licensure: Dr. Kutz is licensed to prescribe medication and treat patients in Louisiana and New Mexico.

New Mexico Patients: Dr. Kutz is taking new medication management-only patients for the following insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico, Medicare, and Presbyterian Health Insurance. All sessions are virtual.

Louisiana Patients: Dr. Kutz can see you in person or virtually but does not yet take Insurance. Out-of-pocket only.
